As an employee, the consistency of technology in the front of house is lacking and continuously effects the moral and timeliness of service for the staff. I would like to focus on a solution to help create a better portal for the employees of a taproom to best help with ber service, knowledge, and quickness of orders. Below is some preliminary research on the effectiveness of POS systems in hospitality and restaurants.
