Summaries of SME and DME related activities:

DME
Attended event that pertained to branding and marketing breweries.
Spoke about the 'problem' that I will be trying to solve. Came to the conclusion that technology is the problem between the personalized service that craft breweries provide.
Below are questions about the broader research that will need to be done

'How can the technology be improved to create a more personalized experience in the brewery?'

'What is the biggest pain point for brewery employees pertaining to customer service?'

'Can a system be tailored specifically to liquid only establishments to help the customer experience, with training and better-organized technology?'

SMEs
Grant (Brewery GM)
Newly acquired and spoke to my design question in a brief meeting. He is interested in the implications of quicker service that can be far more compatible with our atmosphere.
Future meeting scheduled after initial exploratory research is concluded.

Dave (Brewery Brewmaster)
Interested in the implications of on the spot training, accurate kegs levels, and the ability to provide a better explanation of the current tap list to the customers at the moment of ordering.
